      • 1-6 days estimated delivery
      • PO Box and remote shipping addresses are not permitted

          DDP – Delivered Duties Paid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout.

          USPS International

          • 2-3 weeks estimated delivery

            DDU – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees.

                  Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our distribution center.

                  In-Transit Estimate: Our estimated in-transit time and/or estimated delivery time begins when your order has been shipped, and does not include our standard processing time of up to 3 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and US Holidays. 

                  Out of Stock Items: If your order includes multiple items and one (or multiple) of the items is out of stock: we will first try to contact you, in most cases. If we are not able to contact you, we will ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) that are not in stock.

                  Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping: Trooper America reserves the right to require customers to use an "ordinary" shipping address in cases where we are unable to verify the shipping address provided.

                  Additionally, Trooper America reserves the right to cancel orders from customers at any time.

                  Trooper America is not responsible for stolen/lost/late packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Please ensure all information is correct before placing an order.

                  Trooper America is not responsible for any packages once they have been received by the shipping carrier.

                  International orders that are returned to sender (such as from customers refusing to pay the applicable import duties or from an incorrect shipping address) will be refunded upon delivery, less the original shipping cost. Additionally, please note that there will be a $15 restocking fee.

                  There are required handling charge and delivery insurance fees at checkout. With the delivery insurance, if the shipping carrier (such as UPS) notes on its company-owned tracking page that the package was damaged or lost during transit, we will send another package. 

                  The free gift promotions only apply to one order; subsequent and post-purchase orders are not included. The sizes given is based on availability.
